We have very happily lived in Binley woods since 1979 , enjoying our first house for 14 years before having the opportunity to buy our current house. We saw this as an ideal project for development to suit the needs of ourselves and daughter. During the 25 years of updating we feel we have achieved that goal. In recent years we have made significant changes to the main bathroom and also to create an open plan kitchen / diner - our favourite area of the house , as is the addition of a garden room. Binley Woods is ideally situated to provide an extremely enjoyable way of life , being in close proximity to woodland , country walks, shops and recreational facilities. We will be sad to leave this house and the village but feel it s important now to be nearer to our family.
