Bedrooms

Step into your sanctuary. Taking inspiration from the effortless style of Scandinavian interior design, the principal bedroom is the place to get the perfect night s sleep. Great use of space has been made in the lodge and the principal bedroom also features an en-suite WC. The second bedroom features twin single beds and built in storage. So snuggle up and turn out the lights. It s time to drift off

Wash Rooms

The Sahara's main washroom boasts a full size shower enclosure and chrome shower, with a full height wet wall creating a sense of opulence. We promise you ll feel like you ve entered a spa. The convenient en-suite is just off the principal bedroom and has everything you could possibly need - a pedestal basin with chrome mixer tap and mirror over. An adjacent WC is located for convenience ensures the practicality of the space.

Outside

The lodge is sited with convenient vehicular access. There is a laid to gravel driveway leading to the side which provides parking for two vehicles. The lodge is surrounded by areas of grass with a short series of steps leading to the side door in addition to a marvellous large decking area at the side of the lodge. An additional area of decking extends along the front creating a beautiful place to relax and enjoy alfresco dining or sit with a glass of wine and appreciate the fabulous Cairngorm and Cromdale Hill views.

Site & Fees

The current fees for 2023 are ?358.47 per month and can be paid by monthly standing order. A written statement will be entered into with the site owner by the incoming purchaser for the site pitch which is governed under the terms and conditions of the mobile homes act 1983.Plot 1 is on a licence agreement where the site fees cover mid-March to the end of September, although paid on a monthly basis i.e. a seasonal pitch. October is an optional month at ?114 (inc VAT). Outwith these months (ie, Nov-Feb) there is a ?25.00 nightly fee as stated by the owner, or a monthly fee of ?216 (inc VAT) if preferred.
