Thamesmead, South East London

Thamesmead is a district in South East London, located in the London Borough of Greenwich and Bexley. It is an area of urban regeneration that has seen a significant investment in recent years. Thamesmead is situated on the south bank of the River Thames and is a great place to live for commuters, families and young professionals. The area is well-connected to central London by bus, DLR, and rail services.

Thamesmead is a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of green open spaces, well-maintained parks and a riverfront promenade which is popular with joggers and dog walkers. The area has a range of shops and amenities, and there are some excellent schools in the area.

Two of the best places to live in Thamesmead are the Royal Arsenal Riverside and Crossness. The Royal Arsenal Riverside is a contemporary development with modern apartments, restaurants and a riverside walk. Crossness is a former industrial estate which has been transformed into a unique residential neighbourhood, with a mix of housing, a nature reserve and a lake.
